The second step to being healthy is movement.

  1. Our bodies are built to move.
  2. Movement has myriad health benefits.
  3. Physical activity builds
    mental well-being.
  4. Exercise is as simple as play!
  5. Centenarians are people who continue to move.
      You should exercise daily. Like number four (4) said, Exercise could be as simple as playing! Walking is also a good way to exercise.

The next stage to being healthy is to be relaxed
If you can:
  1. You can manage stress.
  2. Schedule relaxation time.
  3. Slow down, breathe deeply, easily.
  4. Watch intake of stimulants.
  5. Respect the role of sleep.
          Then you'll be more active without your daily coffee or power drink. Sleep is a very important part of being healthy. Here is a chart.

We need the right food and drink to be healthy. But there are other things that are just as important—like friends and a sense of connection with other human beings.
You should get to know your neighbors and hang out with friends more. Don't focus too much on your job or you won't get to meet people and be connected. Being with your dog or your cat is good too, but real human connection and friendship is better. Here is a link to a longevity 'Self Assessment'.

          Having a purpose to life is really important. When you feel like you have a purpose on the planet, you feel happy, and well, important. You feel like your living up to something. contribute to the society, connect with others... Purpose is great.
